Sean Kaylor

Sean began his career at Marist in the Office of Admission in 1990 as an Assistant Director and was promoted to Associate Director in 1993. In 1994 he became Director and in 1998 was appointed Vice President for Enrollment Management. In 2017, Sean was promoted to his current role, Vice President for Enrollment, Marketing, and Communication. He oversees Undergraduate and Graduate Admission, Enrollment Services, Student Financial Services, Enrollment Marketing and Communication and the Office of College Marketing and Communication for both the Poughkeepsie, New York, campus and Marist’s campus in Florence, Italy.

Sean has presented and moderated at regional and national conferences on all topics related to enrollment management. Sean is a Past President of the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling (NYSACAC) and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Saint Bernard School in Connecticut and Board of Advisors for The National Research Center for College & University Admissions (NRCCUA).

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Marist College in 1990 and lives in Poughkeepsie with his wife Paula and two daughters, Kate and Samantha.
