Meet the Staff

Kristine Cullen came on board as the Director in October 2004. Kristine has been at Marist since September 1993 having worked in the Higher Education Opportunity Program as the Associate Director prior to joining the CAAS team. Kristine is responsible for the overall program management and staff supervision, academic review and academic standards, the management of probationary students, individual consultations, post deadline transactions and providing academic support to faculty.

Nancy Aronzon, Assistant Director, has been with CAAS since 1998. Prior to joining the CAAS staff she was an Adjunct Instructor for the School of Communication and the Arts from 1992 to 1997 and 1998 to 2001 as the Academic Advisor for that School. Nancy works part-time and is responsible for advisor assignment and training. She is available for individual student consultation and assists with the withdrawal, leave of absence and academic review process.

Arlene Jutt, Administrative Secretary, started working at Marist College in 1996 where she was the School Secretary in Computer Science and Mathematics. Arlene joined the CAAS staff in 2000 and is responsible for the overall office management and work flow coordination. She is our FOCUS report guru and maintains a multitude of databases that support various lists such as the Dean's List, probation, withdrawal and student transactions.

Karen Feo, Administrative Assistant, joined the CAAS staff in January 2008, having been the Student Payroll Representative in the Payroll Office for five and a half years. Karen brings with her experiences from the School of Communication and the Arts, the Fashion Program and the Admissions Office. Karen is our front line person, fielding numerous phone calls and visitors to the Center. She schedules appointments for the staff and coordinates the attendance and advisor change notification processes. Karen is also responsible for the tracking, updating and forwarding of student advising files.
