Kate was born and raised in Carmel, NY and graduated from Carmel High School in 2006. In addition to studying communication and music as an undergrad, Kate was involved in the music program as a member of several ensembles including the Marist Band, Marist Singers, and was the director of the female a cappella group, The Sirens. In addition, Kate participated in MCCTA (Marist College Council on Theater Arts), wrote for Marist’s student newspaper, The Circle, and was a member of Kappa Kappa Psi, the National Honorary Band Fraternity. Kate was the recipient of the Music Baccalaureate Award for the graduating class of 2010. In 2013, Kate received her Masters degree in Public Administration from Marist.

In the admission office, Kate works with the Freshman Florence Experience (FFE), Summer Pre-College Program, Open House for Accepted Students, and assists with international recruitment efforts.
