Leo began his career as a guidance counselor at Manhasset High School on Long Island. Several years later he became their Director of Guidance and remained there until his retirement. Splitting his time between Cape Cod and Florida, Leo recruits for Marist throughout Massachusetts and attends college fairs in Miami. When he's not traveling, Leo loves to spend time with his family, which now includes three grandchildren.
