Graduate Recodes Examination (GRE) Test

Marist College Master’s of Business Administration program accepts the Graduate Records Examination (GRE) General Test as an option between GRE and GMAT for the admission’s process. The GRE tests applicants on their readiness for graduate level courses. The GRE was created by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in 1949. It is a standardized admissions tests accepted by most graduate programs across the United States.

There are four test sections included in the GRE: Analytical Writing, Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning that is Experimental Paper-Based or Computer Adaptive. A unique aspect of the GRE is that it includes a non-labeled Verbal or Quantitative section that will not be score. This section may appear at any time after the Analytical Writing section. Your test may also include a labeled research section that will not be scored. The testing time may take over three (3) hours depending on the layout of your individual test.

The official GRE website offers test prep materials for purchase to assist with preparing to take the exam. Exam scores are help for five years. Marist College GRE reporting code is 2400.
