Stan Phelps is a graduate of Marist College and in his position as Chief Solutions Officer at Synergy Events, he has helped to create signature brand experiences for industry leading brands for over 20 years. He is also the author of What's Your Purple Goldfish: How to Win Customers & Influence Word of Mouth, a collection of stories about the little things companies can do to make a big impression on their customers.
