Leadership Development Workshops and Experiential Weekends

Networking Events for MBA and MPA Student

The Marist School of Management cordially invites MBA and MPA students to attend its 3rd Annual Graduate Student and Alumni Leadership Development Weekend at West Point. This event will once again take place at the historic Thayer Hotel, on the grounds of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, on Friday, April 13th and Saturday, April 14, 2018.

On Friday night there will be a networking event and dinner featuring this year's keynote speaker on leadership, Stephen Joel Trachtenberg, President Emeritus and University Professor of Public Service at The George Washington University and Partner at the law firm Rimon P.C. Saturday morning features the Leadership Reaction Course (LRC), an outdoor laboratory which provides participants experience in functional leadership, effective followership, group and individual problem solving, and several aspects of group dynamics, including conflict recognition and resolution, personal and group responsibility and communication with familiar and unfamiliar team members.

This is certain to be an exciting, world-class educational opportunity for Marist's School of Management graduate students. To learn more about the experiences of students at past events, watch the short video interviews on this page. Contact the School of Management or 845.575.3225 if you have questions about registering for the event.
