On Wednesday, March 12 Marist College had an extremely successful luncheon for the generous supporters of the 2007 Campus Campaign.
Everyone who attended the luncheon received a rose handed to them by a student who is a member of the Marist Fund Phonathon Team. This luncheon was an excellent opportunity to show how appreciative Marist College is for their support, and with the members of the Phonathon team present, they got to hear about their personal experiences that they have had at Marist and about their important role as a Phonathon Associate.
Campus Campaign Chair, Kent Rinehart '94/'99M, spoke of his appreciation of the support of his colleagues, and the impact that it is having on the college. Marist's success in becoming widely known, with over 9,000 applicants for 950 spots, he told that the upcoming class of 2012 will be the most talented and most diverse that the college has seen.
