Members of the Long Island, New York Metro, and New Jersey Chapters of the Marist College Alumni Association gathered on Friday, May 15 in New York City to celebrate spring's highly anticipated arrival! The reception was held at Local West with over 40 alumni and friends in attendance. Marie Wicks '86, Long Island Chapter President, Jonathan Hackett '04, New Jersey Chapter President, and Topher Ziobro '07, New York Metro Chapter President organized the ideal atmosphere for a casual and fun evening where alumni could network and reminisce with their friends.
For the 25th consecutive year, Marist alumni, friends, and families marched in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in New York City. President and Mrs. Dennis Murray, along with this year's honorary grand marshals Pat '73 and Patty '74 Lavelle, led the Marist contingent of more than 100 people up Fifth Avenue on March 17.
