 Genine graduated Marist in 1988 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for both Arthur Andersen and Morgan Stanley. In 2006, Genine joined the Campaign for Marist committee and later joined Marist’s Board of Trustees. Genine also serves as Secretary of the McCormick Family Foundation and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Holy Child Academy in Old Westbury, New York.

Michael graduated Marist in 1988 with a Bachelors degree in Finance. In 1991, he earned his MBA from Pace University. Michael is a Partner/Investment Professional at Gilder, Gagnon, Howe and Co. LLC, in New York, NY. Michael also serves at the Chairman of the McCormick Family Foundation.

Genine and Michael reside in Sands Point, New York with their three daughters, Kristen (17), Olivia (10) and Grace (9).

Julie Lavin is a proud alumna from the Class of 2009. She holds a BA from the School of Communication and the Arts. During her time at Marist, Julie served as both vice president and president of the Class of 2009, was active in Marist Singers and Marist Chamber Ensemble, acted as a tour guide, and served as the Co-Chair of the Senior Class Gift Committee. Julie also started her own cooking show while at Marist along with the Culinary Institute of America, and is still working on it today. In 2009, Julie was honored to receive the Alumni Leadership Award which recognizes one male and female graduating senior for outstanding leadership during the students’ four years at Marist. The award also recognizes potential leadership contributions to the Alumni Association.

Julie has met and exceeded this potential as she is currently serving as a Class Agent for her respective class as well as the Alumni Association Chapter President for Long Island, New York. Julie is excited to be serving as the 2012-2013 Marist Young Alumni Co-Chair and looks forward to meeting other Red Foxes and working toward a successful campaign!

 

 Nicholas Lombardi '07

 Nicholas Lombardi

Nicholas Lombardi graduated in 2007 with a BS in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. During his time at Marist, Nicholas co-founded the Marist chapter of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) and was involved with local economic development initiatives in the Greater Poughkeepsie area. While at Marist, Nicholas also received the Alumni Leadership Award recognizing his outstanding leadership as well as his anticipated leadership contributions to the Alumni Association.

Nicholas obtained his Connecticut real estate license in 2005 and is currently a Commercial Broker with The Proto Group, LLC in North Haven, CT. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Amity Club, St. Andrews Society and the Greater New Haven Association of Realtor's Commercial and Investment Division.

Nicholas and his wife Victoria (Fresolone ’07) are committed to lifelong support of Marist College. Nicholas is honored to be the 2012 Marist Young Alumni Co-Chair and looks forward to working with friends and alumni in supporting the continued success of Marist.

Margaret M. Luberda P '15

Margaret M. Luberda graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a masters degree from University of Pennsylvania. Her career includes over 20 years of human resouces managment experience specializing in law firm management most recently as the National Director of Human Resources for the 800 attorney law firm of Wilson Elser.
She is the parent of Jack Jamilkowski a freshman at Manhattan College, School of Business majoring in management and Carey Jamilkowski a sophomore at Marist, School of Business majoring in marketing. They reside in Rye Brook, New York.

Michael Flynn was born and raised in Bristol, RI and graduated Marist in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing.

Michael is the director of marketing for MNC Stribbons, Inc., a global manufacturer of
decorative packaging accessories. His service to his community is close to his heart. He has served on the Board of Directors for REHAB Programs in Poughkeepsie for the last 5 years. Currently, Michael serves as Vice President of the Board and chairperson for their Planned Giving committee. In 2005, he served on the Hudson Valley Empire State Games Opening Ceremonies committee. Most recently, Michael was named a "40 Under 40" by the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce in 2008, an honor which he was very humbled to receive.

When he is not volunteering his time in his community, he is with his wife Joann and two beautiful sons, Ryan and Gavin. He and his family reside in Poughkeepsie, NY.
