One-on-One advising and registration
Academic advisors are available days, evenings and Saturdays by phone and in
person to assist students with planning their degree programs, course schedules,
registering for courses and the settling of student accounts.
Textbooks
Textbooks can be purchased through the
Marist Bookstore.
Fishkill students have the ability to have books sent directly to their home
without a shipping charge.
Computers
To access to the Marist mainframe, Internet, online access to the Marist
Library, e-mail, and popular computer software packages, the center offers two
computer labs, several individual work stations and laptop ports in our lobby
that are available for students.
Cannavino Library online resources- available 24/7
Access academic journals and
reference resources online
at any time. Distance learners and extension site students are encouraged to use the Cannavino
library subject guides, which feature
the most useful resources for your courses.
Help Desk
If you are using Marist's online resources at home the Marist
Help Desk is available to help and answer basic questions.
Help Desk assistance is available Monday-Thursday from 8:00am - 7:30pm, and Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm. Call 845-575-HELP.
Online access to the Academic Learning Center.
The Academic Learning Center provides a wide range of support services including
online proof reading and online research. For a review of online services, visit

Career Development Center provides a full array of services online including career information, job location and job search assistance. Job search workshops can be provided at the Fishkill Center upon student request. Marist encourages students to take internships to gain valuable contacts and skills in the real world, which are arranged through the Office of Career Services.
