2013 YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund Awards
Congratulations Nicole Rodgers, Marist Junior Design student for being awarded the 2013 Geoffrey Beene $30,000 Scholarship on January 8, 2013 at the YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund Gala held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City.
Nicole Rodgers was chosen last year by the Marist fashion faculty to participate in the Geoffrey Beene case study for the YMA FSF Scholarship 2013. Nicole's submission was one of the eight finalist, out of 41 colleges & universities, chosen to go to New York City to present her case study to the YMA FSF Executive Committee. The eight finalist were invited to the YMA Scholarship gala at the Waldorf Astoria on January 8th and four winners of the $30,000 scholarship were announced, one being Nicole Rodgers'14.
