Marist College's proximity to New York, the largest media market on earth, is one reason for our outstanding internship program.  It also allows frequent field trips to broadcast and production facilities.

Every semester Marist students have the opportunity to be in the audience of a nationally-televised program.  The trip always includes a question-and-answer session with a senior production professional, and a guided tour of the studio, control room, and backstage areas.  Often students will be invited to apply for jobs or internships at the facilities they visit.
