The Marist College Singers

The Marist College Singers organization involves approximately 140 students performing in a variety of five ensembles. The namesake and largest ensemble of this organization is the Marist College Singers. It performs full choral concerts from the standard repertoire of choral concert literature, tours both here and abroad, and is the centerpiece of the College's annual Ecumenical Service of Lessons and Carols. Membership in this large ensemble entitles the student the right to audition for membership in Chamber Singers, Chapel Choir, Time-Check and/or The Sirens. The Chamber Singers is a select auditioned group that performs often and studies challenging choral works. The Chapel Choir, known in the past as Liturgical Singers, prepares music for the Sunday evening Mass at the campus chapel, an important part of campus life. The all male group called Time-Check and the all female group called The Sirens perform at many campus functions throughout the year.
