Technology Open House

Marist College will be hosting a Technology Open House on Saturday, October 24 for prospective undergraduate students. Find out why students who graduate from Marist College with a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology and Systems are highly sought after. These students are doing internships and securing employment with companies such as IBM, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Travelers Insurance, and CitiGroup, just to name a few.

The Marist College/IBM Joint Study program gives our students the opportunity to do research and work as interns with some of the most cutting edge technologies in the world today.

In addition, Marist is pleased to announce that we are offering two scholarships that are full-tuition awards. Recipients will receive the following:

  1. Full-tuition scholarship for four years of undergraduate study
  2. Internship opportunity with a Fortune 500 company
  3. Invitation to join the Dean's Circle, which includes special advising with the Dean of the School

We will also be discussing the NSF S-STEM Grant that Marist recently received that will be providing full tuition/room and board scholarships.

Students attending the Open House will receive preference in the awarding of these scholarships. These scholarships are based on academic performance and require an interview. Interviews are conducted once the student is admitted to the college.

During your visit you will be introduced to faculty, meet current students, tour our computer facilities. The schedule for the day will be as follows:
