DESCRIPTION:"Night on Broadway" features musical selections performed by t
 he Marist College Singers, Sirens, Time Check, Freshman Women Singers, Ch
 amber Choir, as well as mixed solos and duets.  This year's shows will be
  hosted by Marissa Perry, who recently performed as Tracy Turnblad in the
  Broadway production of Hairspray.  \n\nBroadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS
  is a charity that educates the public about HIV/AIDS and participates di
 rectly in the lives of performers who struggle with this disease.  In 201
 1, the Marist College Singers raised over $5,100 for the cause.

  this year's Presidential race. \n\nPolls show that more voters are confu
 sed by President Obama's religious affiliation than several years ago, an
 d Mitt Romney is the first Mormon ever to run for President. The growing 
 presence of liberal evangelicals, the Catholic Bishops’ protest over th
 e HHS regulations on contraception coverage, and the divergence between P
 resident Obama and many African American Christians over the issue of gay
  marriage (to name only a few things) promise to make religion a powerful
  force in this year`s election cycle.
