And please join us for this year's keynote speaker, Linda Martin Alcoff, who will present her talk titled "Rape and Resistance" in the Kondysar Presentation Room, Hancock Center, room 2023 at 7 p.m. The talk is free and open to the public. |
| 7:00 pm | The Marist men’s and women’s basketball teams will both hold their annual Red/White scrimmages on Friday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. at McCann Arena. During the scrimmages the Men's Head Coach Chuck Martin and Women's Head Coach Brian Giorgis will discuss some insights on their respective teams. Players will be available to fans that night. Complimentary food will be served, and beverages will be available for purchase. |
| 8:00 pm-10:00 pm | Nelly Goletti TheatreThis fall Marist Theatre/MCCTA will perform Peter Barnes's play "Red Noses," a comedy about the black death in the fourteenth century. The play depicts a priest traveling across medieval France with a band of fools that offer holy assistance to plague victims. It is directed by Jim Steinmeyer. |
