A special conversation with one of the nation's premier sports broadcasters and host of HBO's Real Sports promises to be a dynamic exchange touching on many of the issues, controversies, and personalities that are prevalent in the world of contemporary sports. A Q&A session will follow.
Bryant Gumbel is an Emmy Award-winning broadcaster and journalist, who began his 40-year career as a sportscaster at Los Angeles’s KNBC before going on to become a household name as co-host of the Today Show for 15 years. His current show, Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel, has won 21 Sports Emmys since it debuted on HBO in 1995. It is celebrated for its in-depth features on professional and amateur athletes.
