MAJ James Golby, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of America Politics, Policy & Strategy at the U.S. Military Academy. He served two tours in Iraq and was awarded the MacArthur Army leadership award in 2008. He holds a B.S in American Government (USMA) and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Stanford University.
