The Marist Writing Salons presents "Writing + Publishing" with Adriann Ranta, Literary Agent at Foundry Media.
Adriann represents "New York Times" bestselling and award-winning authors, journalists, illustrators, and graphic novelists, as well as cultural commentators, stunt women, makeup artists, and many other pioneering creative thinkers and leaders in their fields. She has a penchant for the edgy, dark, unusual voices, unique settings, and every-man stories told with a new spin. She loves gritty, realistic, true-to-life narratives with conflicts based in the real world; women's fiction and nonfiction; and smart, fresh, genre-bending works for children.

The Department of Art and Digital Media presents the Annual Student Exhibition in the Marist Art Gallery. The opening reception for the exhibition is Thursday, May 5, from 5-7 p.m.
The exhibition will run from May 5 -12.
Marist Art and Digital Media graduates are eagerly sought by graduate programs around the country. The focus is on painting, drawing, sculpture, digital media, printmaking, photography, and books.
