Marist College Club of Theatre Arts Presents "The Language Archive"
Marist College Club of Theatre Arts (MCCTA) is excited to introduce a story of love, language, and connection. This unique and thoughtful play is is directed by Christine Crawfis, who has directed various productions in Dutchess County as well as MCCTA’s experimental play last year, "Dog Sees God." "The Language Archive" was written by Julia Cho in 2009 and tells the story of George, a man who studies dying languages, yet cannot seem to grasp the language of love. George lacks the understanding of emotional connections, especially when involving his wife, Mary and his work assistant, Emma who is in love with him.
Performances take place on Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22 at 8 p.m., with a matinee showing on Sunday, April 23 at 2 p.m.
