Each year, the Student Life Association sends a delegation of students to the Northeast Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (NEACURH) conferences to learn about programs and events that occur on campuses across the Northeast and to also learn ways to improve their leadership skills. Some successful programs that have been adopted at Marist from NEACURH conferences include the Foxhunt, which is a daylong campus-wide scavenger hunt that occurs every other year. Come join Asian Alliance for the end of the year social: The Bubble Tea Social. Bubble tea is a delicacy and treat of Taiwan, and it has made its way to the west. Most bubble tea recipes contain a tea base mixed with fruit or milk. Ice-blended versions are usually mixed with fruit or syrup, resulting in a slushy consistency. Most bubble teas come with small chewy tapioca balls, commonly called "pearls." Still curious about it? Well come join us and experience the deliciousness that is bubble tea.
