CSS PROFILE available for Early Decision & Early Action Students

Priority Deadline for completing CSS PROFILE for Early Decision students and Incoming International Students

To be considered for financial aid from the College, the state or federal government, a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be filed. The form may be completed online at The preferred deadline for completion of the FAFSA is February 15th. The Marist College school code is 002765 and must be listed on the application.

January 31, 2016 Early Action Optional Deadline for completing CSS PROFILE to receive an early estimated financial package. Also includes Early Action Incoming International Students-Packages will be available February15th, 2016.

April 1, 2016 Financial Aid Award Letter
  Financial aid award packages will be mailed, provided we have received the FAFSA. The student will also be sent an email to access their financial aid award package online via myMarist.

April/May Verification Requirements

Check the Financial Aid Requirements via myMarist to complete all verification and other pending requirements.

Marist College verifies information submitted on the FAFSA for all freshmen students selected for verification by the Department Of Education.

Please do not send any tax returns or W-2 statements to our office per federal regulations: 

The IRS Data Retrieval Tool is available to update the FAFSA and will allow you and your parents to upload your filed Federal Tax Return data directly to your FAFSA. If you have not already done so, we strongly encourage you to use this tool as our office will not be able to accept any Federal Tax Returns or W-2 statements.

  Verification of Student Files:
  The myMarist site, will enable you to verify requirements and missing information and complete all necessary documentation listed under "Financial Aid Requirements" (this process requires a student's Marist account).
June 2016 Loan Process Begins
  Your loan will be processed for the amount indicated on your award letter. You are required to complete the MPN and entrance counseling online via your myMarist account under the "Financial Aid Requirements" section.
June 2016 Class of 2020 Freshman Orientation
Mid-July 2016 Fall 2016 Tuition Statements will be available electronically this week.
Early-August 2016 Fall 2016 Semester Bills Due
August 27, 2016 Freshmen and Transfer Resident Move-In Day
