Organizational Leadership and Communication cohorts are made up of approximately 20 adult students who stay together throughout the program. Students meet for a 4 hour class one evening per week for six weeks, with additional learning activities and assignments provided via the college's online platform.
Students work in a highly collaborative environment with learning support provided by faculty facilitators thru face to face and Internet-based communications. OLC students complete sixteen 3-credit course modules in approximately 24 months, including 3-credit research projects related to their work environments.
The OLC program is offered at convenient Marist locations throughout the Hudson Valley including Fishkill and Kingston. Upon completion of the OLC program, students are awarded a Marist College Bachelor of Science Degree in Integrative Studies.
