School of Global and Professional Programs

The mission of the School of Global and Professional Programs is to be a leader in providing ptoflightglobeinnovative, quality driven adult education, built on a strong liberal arts foundation that will embolden and enhance the ability of professionals to succeed in a global economy.

Pursue your degree with us in the Hudson Valley, throughout the country or the world, through our unique online options. Adults aged 22 years and older may pursue their Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in over 30 majors at our Poughkeepsie Campus. Accelerated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree completion programs in Organizational Leadership and Communication, Social Work & Psychology are offered at our Fishkill Executive Center. A Paralegal Certificate Program approved by the American Bar Association, also is available in Poughkeepsie and Fishkill.  Coming Fall 2009, we are introducing fully online Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree programs to complement our existing onground options and we will offer other unique opportunities such as an optional one week international excursion to Rome as part of the Fall II online Introduction to Global Issues course, or even an AACSB accredited business minor to complement your studies.

  • Center for Lifetime Study-CLS is the Marist Center for Lifetime Study, which provides opportunities for intellectual and cultural exploration, as well as educational development for men and women of retirement age
  • Mentorship Program-program pairs up seasoned adult with a new or returning student. Mentors will have basic training they need to assist and explain the various academic supports, buildings and processes that exist at Marist
