Greek Community Check List

EVERY MONTH-On Going

  •  Submit Chapter Roster (Only if there are changes)
  •  Submit Chapter Calendar of Events (In Greek Council)
  • Submit Eligibility Forms (for potential new members-Online)
  • Submit Membership Acceptance Forms (for new members)
  • Submit Membership Withdrawal Forms (from initiated or new member status)
  • Submit community service or philanthropy (On-line prior to or directly after event)
  • Submit programming/event verfication form (On-line prior to or directly after event)
  • Communicate with Student Activities while planning events or reserving space
  • Communicate with your Advisor

FALL SEMESTER

September

  •  Submit copy of Insurance Certificate
  •  Submit Proof of Recognition from National Office
  • Submit a copy of Inter/National and Chapter Constitution/Bylaws
  • Submit a current roster of all members (under Forms-chapter Roster)
  • Submit Membership Development Plan
  • Submit New Member Education Plan
  • Submit Scholarship Plan
  • Submit Advisor Agreement Form
  • Each member needs to compete the Anti-Hazing Form (On-line)
  • Each member needs to complete the Grade Check Form (On-line)

*Men Only: Prior to recruitment each chapter must provide an outline for the recruitment process (with dates), submit notice to conduct recruitment, new potential members must submit eligibility form and anti-hazing form.  Following recruitment the fraternity must provide a new member roster, grade check form, copy of bid acceptance form, and recruitment statistics.   

December (Due on or before finals begins)

  • Submit End of Semester Individual Membership Stats Sheet
  • Submit copy of any Newsletter, pictures, stories featuring you organization
  • Reminder to submit Philanthropy/Service Programs (On-line)

SPRING SEMESTER

Jan/February

  • Submit copy of Insurance Certificate (If needed)
  • Submit Proof of Recognition from National Office (If needed)
  • Submit a copy of Inter/National and Chapter Constitution/Bylaws (If changes occurred)
  • Submit all Spring required plans (New Member, Scholarship, Membership Development)
  • Fraternities/Sororities: Prior to recruitment each chapter must provide an outline for the recruitment process (with dates), submit notice to conduct recruitment, new potential members must submit eligibility form and anti-hazing form.

Following Recruitment:

  • Each potential member needs to complete the Grade Check Form (On-line)
  • New Member Roster
  • Recruitment Statistics
  • Submit a copy of bid acceptance for each member

April/May (Due on or before the beginning of finals)

  • Submit End of Semester Individual Statistics Sheet.
  • Submit copy of any Newsletter, pictures, stories featuring you organization
  • Reminder to submit Philanthropy/Service Programs (On-line)
  • Submit a current roster of all members for the Fall Semester (under Forms-chapter Roster)
