An independent residential living environment for Juniors and Seniors housing 216 students in 21 townhouses. Each apartment houses 10 - 13 students of the same sex.

  • 5 double occupancy bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms
  • Units are completely furnished, including curtains
  • Balcony overlooking the Hudson River in every apartment
  • No meal plan required
  • Residents are responsible for their own cooking as well as the cleaning of the apartment
  • Two full sized refrigerators supplied by the college
  • Microwave permitted in kitchen area (.6 cubic ft. maximum)
  • Refrigerator allowed in bedroom (3.6 cubic feet maximum)
  • Students 21 years of age or over are permitted to consume alcohol in the privacy of their own apartments
  • Smoke free residence area
