Meal Plans Available

The Townhouses are an independent residential living environment for Juniors and Seniors housing 136 students in 17 townhouses. Each apartment houses 8-9 students of the same sex.

  • 4 double occupancy bedrooms
  • A living room, dining area, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms in every townhouse
  • Three bedrooms are upstairs, one bedroom is at ground level
  • Units are completely furnished, including curtains
  • Two common laundry rooms available to residents
  • No meal plan required
  • Residents are responsible for their own cooking as well as the cleaning of the townhouse
  • Two full sized refrigerators supplied by the college
  • Microwave permitted in kitchen area (.6 cubic ft. maximum)
  • Refrigerator allowed in bedroom (3.6 cubic feet maximum)
  • Apartments H-3, H-4, I-1, I-3, I-4, J-2, are handicapped accessible
  • The following rooms are build-ups:. H02-A, H04-A, I01-A, I03-A, J02-A, K01-A, K02-A, L02-A, L04-A, M01-A
  • Students 21 years of age or over are permitted to consume alcohol in the privacy of their own townhouses
  • Smoke free residence area
