Michael Douglas

Michael Douglas was hired in July 2004 as the office's Research Associate. Mike is primarily responsible for maintaining and providing institutional information for the Marist community and other interested parties. He is the central survey coordinator making sure that all surveys are completed by the appropriate offices in a timely and consistent manner. He is available to provide guidance to the Marist community regarding survey development.

Michael comes to us from TNS NFO, one of the world's leading providers of consumer market research. In his role as product manager, Michael managed a portfolio of quantitative and qualitative research platforms, which included launching new online surveying capabilities and providing consultative assistance and marketing materials for the sales staff. His work also involved designing questionnaires and analyzing data from attitude and usage and purchase intent studies. Michael earned both a bachelor's in marketing and an MBA degree with a concentration in Marketing and Corporate Financial Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
