* Scheduled downtime window for major upgrades for the Lotus Notes service is 7pm to 9pm Friday. Notice of this will be posted when necessary.

  • The primary maintenance window for all production services is from 5 AM-7AM Monday thru Friday. Scheduled computer network outages will also take place during this time window. This time is not always utilized and will be listed above when scheduled.
  • During weekends and holidays, all services are available, but are running unattended.
  • Call the Operations status line at 845-575-3240 or x3240 for the most up to the minute information.
