HOLD allows you to temporarily hang up on the line, to attend to another matter, without disconnecting your caller.
TRANSFER allows you to send a call to another extension or the operator, on campus.
You may hang up once you hear ringing from the dialed extension. Announcing the caller may not be necessary. Remember to tell the calling party that Phonemail may answer them.
CONNECT allows you to answer a second call in response to the "call waiting" tone.
The first caller will be put on "standby hold", while you are talking to the second caller. To alternate between the two callers, press "CONNECT" again.
CONSULTATION CALL allows you to talk privately with a second party while the first party is waiting.
During a call, to consult with a second party;
To reconnect to the first caller;

CALL FORWARDING allows you to have your call ring at another extension on Marist Campus.
To forward your calls:
Light on the line button will "flicker" as long as calls are forwarded.
To cancel CALL FORWARDING;
To forward to Phonemail;
PARK allows you to transfer a call to an extension and hold it there. A tone is generated in the called party's ear if they are on the phone. The "call-waiting" light will also start to flash.
To answer a PARKED call
CALLBACK CAMP-ON allows you to camp and hang up. Your extension will ring back with a long ring when the busy extension becomes free.
CAMP light will remain lit while waiting for ringback. To cancel Callback Camp-On:
REPERTORY DIALING allows you to set a Repdial ( R ) button to automatically dial a number or invoke a feature.
