A select group of literary professionals will discuss the topics that matter most to today's writers: obtaining an agent, working with editors, and other tips on getting published. The discussion is followed by a reception, allowing participants the opportunity to converse with panelists one-on-one.
Writers and professionals will lead a group discussion of Michael Martone's newest work of creative nonfiction, Racing in Place: Collages, Fragments, Postcards, Ruins. A unique work of prose, this book will undoubtedly foster an innovative discussion on the line between fact and fiction, as well as the fragmentary nature of both memory and narrative. Other panels will be scheduled during the week in the future. Check the website for updates!
