An essay by English major Kathryn Herbert '14 will be presented
at "Medievalism and Diversity," an international conference taking
place at Kent State University Stark in Ohio. The conference will
feature work by faculty scholars and graduate students as well
as undergraduates. Kathryn's paper will constitute part of
the "Cloud Conference," a series of presentations that will be
available online from mid-October to mid-November.
Entitled "Incapacity: Reflections of God in Medieval Disability Studies,"
Kathryn’s essay builds upon a paper written for Dr. Janine Peterson’s
“Medieval Misfits” Honors history course and was prepared with
assistance from Dr. Peterson and from Dr. Moira Fitzgibbons
