Zhaokai Yan
Assistant Professor of Accounting
Bio
Zhaokai Yan joins the Marist faculty as an Assistant Professor of Accounting. He expects to receive his PhD in accounting information systems from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in October 2019. He obtained a master’s degree in accounting from Pace University in 2013. His research interests include text mining, audit data analytics, and information technology. He has published his research in the International Journal of Accounting Information Systems, Accounting Horizons, and the CPA Journal. He also serves as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Emerging Technology in Accounting and Intelligent Systems in Accounting, Finance, and Management.
