Interests: Dr. Stephan received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1998. He also earned his MBA from Columbia and got his B.A. from the College of William and Mary in Virginia in 1978.
He has taught at Pace University, St. John's University, The University at Buffalo and Florida Atlantic University. His research focuses on the causes and consequences of competitive interaction between firms. In addition, his conducts research looking at the pedagogical challenges associated with teaching capstone courses in Strategy.
