| Bio: | Susan Kochanowski received her Ph.D. in Organizational Studies from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Susan's Bachelor's degree is in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. She earned a Master's degree in psychology from Auburn University and a Master's degree in religion from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. Susan's research interests include leadership, organizational change, and strategic human resource leadership. These interests evolved from her work experience as an independent organizational consultant, a senior manager in a global professional services firm, and as a vice-president/general manager in an international outplacement/career management firm. Susan taught as an adjunct instructor for several colleges and universities before returning to school to complete her Ph.D.and beginning her academic career at Marist College. |
