Vincent Cozzolino: Vinnie Cozzolino joined IBM in November, 1977 working as a test technician in the Poughkeepsie Electronic Card Assembly and Test area. After holding various technical positions, he became a manager in 1982. He has held management positions in manufacturing and development and managed employees located in Poughkeepsie, Fishkill, Kingston, Rochester, Austin, Endicott, China and now Tucson, Raleigh, Beaverton and San Jose. He was the vice president of World Wide Interconnect Products manufacturing and East Fishkill Senior Location Executive and the Vice President of Product & Quality Engineering in Poughkeepsie, NY. He is currently, Vice President, Quality Delivery, Integrated Technology Delivery affecting 85,000 employees worldwide.
