Cap and Gown Order Instructions

Marist provides commemorative cap & gown sets (regalia) to students at no charge.  Students may keep the cap, gown and hood.

Cap & Gown Orders were placed directly with Herff Jones from February 2, 2018 - April 15, 2018.  The last day to order your personalized, packaged Cap & Gown online was Sunday, April 15, 2018.

Personalized, packaged regalia orders cannot be accepted at this time.

If you did not order regalia, please send the following information to

The College does order extra gowns and caps and we will assemble a set of regalia for you out of the extras.  There is no guarantee we will have the exact size and hood color to match your specifications, however, you will have regalia to wear to your ceremony.

Please note:  Marist does not provide accessories (stole, sash, cord, pin, etc.) for the academic honors of Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude or Summa Cum Laude.   Study abroad and veteran accessories may be purchased through the bookstore.  Information about accessories for honor society membership can be obtained through the faculty coordinator of the honor society.
