Change of Student Directory Information

Marist students are responsible for maintaining correct directory information with the College. Directory information can be updated in person at the Registrar's Office, by sending a letter, or by printing, completing and mailing the attached form. Legal proof is required. A social security card is required for name and social security number changes.  For those who do not have a social security number (i.e.: visiting international students), a Passport is required. 

If making a change in person, please bring original documentation and photo identification. We will make copies of these items for our records.

If you send us the attached form by mail, please send copies of the appropriate documentation.

Print out and complete the online Change of Directory Information Form (see bottom of page). Mail the completed form to the Registrar's Office.
