Enrollment and Graduation Verification
Verifications of enrollment can only be verified for current and any past enrollment. Future semesters will not be available until the close of that semesters registration period.
Please be advised that OFFICE POLICY does not permit us to send or receive faxes for enrollment verification.
The Registrar's Office can verify dates of attendance, past and current enrollment, major field of study, degrees and certificates earned, hours earned. Verifications can be requested by one of the following 3 choices:
1. Filling out the Request for Verification Letter in the Registrar's Office.
2. Printing out and completing the online Request for Verification Letter below, or sending a letter requesting that information be released to a third party. The letter must contain the student's name, student ID number, contact information, information to be verified, and the organization/name and address of where the information is to be mailed. Should you have a form that needs processing please mail it to the address below; we will complete the form and mail it to the address you provide. As policy we do not fax or email any enrollment verification.

3. Send an email to Registrar@marist.edu and include the student's name, student ID number, contact information, information to be verified, and the organization/name and address of where the information is to be mailed to. This is not a process that can be done by fax or email so please allow the appropriate amount of time for processing.
There will be a process time of 24 - 48 hours. There is no fee for this service.
FOR BACKGROUND CHECK AND SCREENING COMPANIES: If you require verification of degree obtained or enrollment information of a past student, please do not email your request, please contact our office at 845-575-3250 for more information. We need a signed release with an original signature from the student to release information pertaining to GPA.
