Alexis Jones is an expert on confidence, courage, and motivation. At only 25 years old, she has navigated the beauty industry as a teen model, survived reality TV as a finalist on "Survivor: Fans vs. Favorites," earned a Masters in Communication from USC and founded the empowerment company, "i am that girl." Participants will learn how to rescue themselves through resilience, turn big dreams into reality,and create an unwavering work ethic.

Between the Boardroom and the Classroom, Charles Tharp has more than 25 years experience including key human resource positions with General Electric, PepsiCo, Pillsbury, CIGNA, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Saks International. He holds a Masters in Economics, a Doctorate in Labor Relations and a J.D. and has taught courses at Cornell University. The School of Management has graciously partnered with the Emerging Leaders Program to cosponsor this special breakfast opportunity where participants will share a meal and conversation with our Keynote Speaker and faculty from the School of Management. Ethics and Eggs allows Emerging Leaders a chance to network and learn from the experts in a small group setting.

Using basic kindergarten skills in a very new-age way, Dr. Rothberg and Robin Torres will lead you on a guided tour of your own possibilities as they help you craft the life you want. Students will experience the popular leadership technique of Vision Boarding learning how to run with the ball, but not with the scissors.

A recognized leader in our community, Tim received the Community Leadership Award from the New Horizons Foundation in 2001, the Poughkeepsie-based Family Partnership Center's Excellence in Community Service Award in 2004, the Bessie Payne Humanitarian Award from Dutchess ARC in 2007, and the Saint Cabrini Home Gold Medal for outstanding contributions and service to the people of the Hudson Valley in 2008. Mr. Massie is also a leader in the application of new technologies to media relations. Tim has generated literally thousands of articles, features, and broadcast reports on Marist programs, students, faculty and staff.
