Due to the Student Center renovation, the College Activities professional staff offices have been relocated to Student Center 348. College Activities operations will continue at the main office window on the third floor of the Student Center, across from the Performing Arts Room.

All ticket sales will be held in the Student Government Office (SC 347) Your Marist ID and alternate picture ID are required to purchase tickets and attend all events. You can find the order form here.

Who’s Who Ceremony

Location: Hancock 2023
The Office of Student Affairs will be hosting the Class of 2013 Who’s Who award recipients. The recipients will receive an e-mailed invitation to the ceremony by the end of April. A reception will follow. Congratulations to this year’s honorees.

Hudson River Boat Cruise

Location: Waryas Park, Poughkeepsie
Price: $45.00 per person
Come sail away and enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Hudson with your fellow classmates. There will be one cruise to accommodate as many seniors as possible. The cruise includes food, open bar, DJ and dancing.
Buses leave from Beck Parking Lot at 1:00 P.M.

River Fest 2.0

Price: $15.00 per person Price includes Class of 2013 mug
Join your class at the 1st Annual River Fest 2.0. This BBQ will feature great music, food and a variety of beer, wine and wine coolers. Four complimentary drink tickets will be included. Additional drink tickets will be available for purchase at $1 each. A select number of faculty and staff will be invited to this event. Come dance till dark and celebrate with your friends!
On and off-campus shuttles to the river-front property will be available to students throughout the duration of the event. On-campus shuttle stops include: Tennis Court Lot, Jazzmans, and Lower West Lot. Off-campus shuttle stops include: the intersection of Fulton St. & Sunset Ave. and the intersection of Fulton St. & West Cedar St.

Senior Formal

Location: The Grandview 176 Rinaldi Blvd, Poughkeepsie
Price: $75.00 per person
Dress to IMPRESS!
The ticket to Senior Formal includes: coach bus transportation to and from The Grandview, 1 ½ hours of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a multiple stationed buffet, desserts, music and plenty of dancing. Cash bar will be available after the meal is served. Due to the close proximity of The Grandview we request all seniors take advantage of the coach buses and do not drive on their own. Parking is limited.
The Night of Formal:
- Departure will begin at 5:45P.M. from Beck Parking Lot.
- Formal tickets must be presented in order to board the bus and gain entrance to The Grandview.
- Two forms of ID are required as employees and security at The Grandview will be checking for proof of age.
- No alcohol or drugs can be brought to the event or on the buses.

67th Commencement Ceremony
Graduation Rehearsal
Date: Friday, May 24, 2013
Time: 11:30 A.M.
Location: Campus Green
All graduates are required to attend a mandatory rehearsal on Friday, May 24 at 11:30 A.M. Students will convene on the Lowell Thomas Quad between the Hancock and Dyson Centers in the area designated for their school. School banners will be prominently displayed. Line-up cards are needed for rehearsal, which is expected to last approximately one hour.
Baccalaureate Ceremony

The Baccalaureate Ceremony recognizes special achievements in academics and community service of some of our graduating seniors. Award recipients will be notified at least one week prior to the ceremony.
Commencement Day
Date: Saturday, May 25, 2013
Time: 9:15 A.M.
Location: Campus Green
Students will assemble for the procession at 9:15 a.m. on the Lowell Thomas Quad between the Hancock and Dyson Centers. Line-up cards are required to participate in the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 A.M. on the Campus Green. Following the ceremony, students and their families are invited to a reception on the green behind the chapel.
Senior Week Expectations
While we know this is a time of celebration and excitement, it is important to remember that we are seniors and we are representing the College at all times and at the events. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the event and/or Senior Week activities. The College reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages at their own discretion.

Class of 2013 River Festival
Rain or shine, all students, faculty, and administration, 21 years and older, are invited to Longview Park riverfront property for the 26th Annual River Festival on Friday, April 26, 2013 beginning at 5:00 PM. To purchase your ticket you must be 21 years of age or older as of April 26th, 2013 and need a valid Marist I.D. card and proof of age (i.e. drivers license, etc.) The ticket entitles participants to four beverage tickets, food, music, fireworks, and after party munchies. A cash bar will be available. The dates for pre-sale tickets are:

Student Programming Council (SPC) invites you to see Goo Goo Dolls in concert
The Marist College Student Programming Council (SPC) is proud to announce Goo Goo Dolls, in concert Sunday, April 28 at 3pm at the Longview Park, Marist College Riverfront. Doors will open at 2pm. Marist College Students (with valid ID) may purchase, one (1) Marist ticket at $15 and up to two (2) guest tickets at $25 each at the College Activities Office, SC373. All guests must be registered with the College Activities Office upon purchase. Exclusive student ticket sales will begin on Wednesday, March 13 at 12pm (noon) at the Office of College Activities, SC373.
This show is open to the Marist Community (Faculty, Administration, Staff and Alumni). The Marist Community may purchase one (1) Marist ticket at $15 and up to three (3) guest tickets at $25 each. Ticket sales for Faculty, Staff, Administrators and Alumni will begin on Tuesday, April 2 at noon at the Office of College Activities, SC373. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door at no price increase. Alumni, please bring the alumni e-newsletter with you when you purchase your ticket(s).
This show is open to local colleges (CIA, Vassar, Dutchess Community College, etc.). Local colleges may purchase one (1) ticket at $20. Tickets sales for local college students will begin on Tuesday, April 2 at noon at the Office of College Activities, SC373.
