Logo Design Competition

Logo Design Guidelines:

• Images/designs used should seek to represent the overall goals of sustainability, not just recycling.
• Logos may incorporate the words "Marist," "Marist College," and/or "sustainability," however use of these words are not required.
• Logos may incorporate the official Marist name plate only if it is to the side of, under, or above the image. The official nameplate should not be edited, changed, or added to.

Official Rules:

• Submissions must be sent as an email attachment from the submitter's Marist College email account to Amber Hinds at amber.hinds@marist.edu.
• All submissions must include the student's name, class year, phone number, and email address.
• Submissions must be received by Monday, April 13th at midnight.
• Contest is open to current Marist students only.
• All submissions must be original designs created by the student submitting the logo. Use of trademarked or copyrighted images or designs will result in disqualification.
• All submissions become property of CSAC and may be used at the committee's discretion.
• CSAC reserves the right to post the winning student's name and class year on the Marist website.

Prizes:

• One student, the designer of the chosen logo, will receive one $50 Barnes & Noble gift card, a private catered lunch for 5 from Marist Dining Services, and a 2009 daily calendar with a recycling theme.
