Dr. Robert Goldstein lecture

Dr. Goldstein serves as Director of the West Point Center for the Rule of Law, United State Military Academy and presented a talk on “A Brief History of Property: Can You Own the Right to Pollute?”  

Dr. Goldstein teaches courses in Environmental Law, Global Climate Change, and Constitutional Law. He served as director of environmental programs at Pace Law School, where he remains an Adjunct Professor teaching courses in Environmental Justice, International Environmental Law, Environmental Diplomacy, and Conservation Law. He is a recipient of the 2008 Environmental Quality Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2; is a Laureate of the Nicholas A. Robinson Award for Contributions to Environmental Law; and was awarded the Superior Civilian Service Medal by the United States Military Academy in 2004.
