Christina Daniele
Vice President, Human Resources
Bio
Appointed Vice President, Human Resources in October 2017, Christina Daniele provides strategic leadership and guidance in overall HR administration, including ethics compliance, strategic recruitment, benefits and compensation, HR information systems, workforce development, and employee and labor relations. Daniele came to Marist in 2011 and began her career in the child welfare industry several decades ago. She served as Director of Human Resources and Risk Management for Family Services Inc. in Poughkeepsie, and Lincoln Hall, a Westchester County nonprofit residential treatment center for adolescents. Daniele holds a Professional Certification in Human Resources from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute and is a certified Coordinator and Investigator under the Association of Title IX Administrators. She is a member of the Mid-Hudson SHRM chapter and the College and University Personnel Association.
