Instructions: (address all questions to your faculty sponsor or to

  1. Fill in all fields, being sure that spelling is correct, as the CURSCA program will list titles and authors as you spell them in this submission.
  2. Be sure to include first and last names of all authors and all faculty sponsors. The faculty sponsor is responsible for validating the quality of your work. Entries without faculty sponsors will not be accepted.
  3. The "Contact Person" must be one of the student authors who has agreed to take primary responsibility for the presentation; the Contact Person cannot be the Faculty Sponsor.
  4. Once all fields are completed, click on the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the form.
  5. Any forms submitted without all fields completed will not be accepted.
  6. Handwritten forms and those submitted by campus mail or in person will not be accepted.
  7. All registration forms must be submitted by no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, March 9, 2018.

Type of Presentation Requested (please choose only one):
Oral (10 minute presentation followed by 2 minutes of questions; digital projector and computer will be supplied for PowerPoint)
Poster (3 feet tall by 4 feet wide maximum dimensions; easels and presentation boards will be provided)
Other (e.g., art, music, dance, etc.).

Please immediately contact Zofia Gagnon if your presentation requires any special support elements such as a power cord, 35 mm slide projector, special lighting, etc.
