Born and raised in New York City, Julio is a graduate of A. Philip Randolph Campus High School and entered Marist through our Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). As a student Julio was very involved with numerous campus activities including being Freshman Class President, a founder of the Nu Delta Chapter of Zeta Psi Fraternity of North America at Marist College, member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, manager of the Women's Basketball team, Sports Director for the Marist Radio Station, and named to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

As an alumnus he has served as the President of the New York Chapter of the Marist College Alumni Association, and has worked in the non-profit and higher education fields since graduation.

In his free time, he can be found cheering his favorite sport teams and spending time with friends and family. Julio's recruiting territories include:
