Fall 2012
The Last Word
The ‘Law of Constant Improvement’ (a.k.a. continuous
improvement) suggests that one is never quite ‘there’ delivering
services and products. Our faculty not only pursue constant
improvement, but perhaps more importantly, adhere to ‘continuous
innovation’ in their teaching. Our students expect no less,
and our faculty consistently deliver.
