Dr. Amanda Damiano

Assistant Professor of Communication


Amanda has taught at colleges and universities in Central New York, Western New York, the New York State Capital Region, and Long Island. Her background is in mass communication, with an emphasis on public relations and advertising. She has also worked in the industry doing marketing communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement. A proud Upstate New York native, Amanda loves Marist and is happy to be only a short drive away from her family and friends. In her free time, Amanda enjoys shopping, running, driving her Volvo, cheering on the New York Rangers, and going to Daughtry concerts.
