M.A. in Communication
Part-Time Course Option
The part-time option for the M.A. in Communication is entirely online, allowing students to complete the degree in two years. Part-time students enroll in two intensive eight-week courses in the fall & spring semesters, and one course during the summer session. Comprehensive exams are scheduled in December and August after successful completion of 30 credits with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Those writing a thesis can generally complete and defend their work during the second summer of their studies. Read detailed descriptions on our courses page.
